例えば、コーヒーをお渡しする際、まずは「お客様、コーヒーでございます。」と笑顔でお客様を見てお声掛けをします。そして手元を見てコーヒーを手渡します。こぼさないようにお客様がしっかり受け取ったことを確認し、手を放します。その後、お客様に視線を戻し、「どうぞごゆっくりお召し上がりください」と一声おかけします。すると、お客様も私どもに目を合わせてくださり、にっこりと笑顔を返してくださいます。この「人‐物‐人」を丁寧に行っていくことでお客様と心が通じ合う瞬間を作り出すことができるのです。
